- Train and develop volunteers to lead and participate in worship by using their gifts through audio, video, and lighting.
- To steward production equipment and resources at the Greenwood Campus in all spaces.
- To create and execute gatherings including events and classes that incorporate the Worship Arts frame of audio, video, lighting, and music working with the campus staff.
- To recruit, develop, and lead volunteers in skill and their walk with Jesus including a lead team to help you in doing this.
- To work alongside the Campus Pastor and Worship Leader to maintain a healthy team culture.
- Give and receive feedback to/from the Production Support Center team.
- Contribute to other ministry needs as requested.
- Hold the team accountable to the Missions, Pillars and Standards (MPS) of Production at NewSpring Church.
- Schedule through Planning Center Online 4 weeks in advance of a gathering.
- Collaborate with Support Production to meet the quarterly stage visual goals and requirements.
- To do whatever it takes to help the church reach its mission to see everyone, everywhere in an everyday relationship. Occasionally this will mean performing duties and tasks outside of your normal job responsibilities.

- Financially support the vision of NewSpring Church by faithfully giving at least 10% of gross income.
