General Purpose of the Job:
Take ownership of production lines/cells; provide direction and leadership to ensure that production lines/cells meet SQCD targets. Drive activities/CM’s to close gaps between actual condition and targets. Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Review Kronos and make adjustments as needed.
2. Provide feedback (positive and disciplinary) to associates.
3. Ensure that plant policies are followed by associates, including process/product activity.
4. Continuous improvements in all aspects on the floor (quality, production, efficiency, safety), Lead/Manage ‘Quick-hit’, Kaizan, TPM, YBQ, etc.
5. Schedule PTO and enter all PTO and absenteeism into production calendar.
6. Maintain good employee relations through two way communication and follow up on employee feedback when possible.
7. Meet daily production requirements (efficiency, safety, quality, productivity).
8. Data entry/Collection/Analysis (down time, OEE, FTP, scrap, water leak, etc.).
9. Complete Statistical analysis of data (trends/etc.) to maintain metrics and drive improvements. Make decisions based on data.
10. Generate reports when needed.
11. Ensure adequate training is given to all associates; cross train and rotate associates, ensure competence.
12. Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards.
13. Create/Modify process sheets and other applicable documents to ensure adequate, accurate, and simple instruction is provided to associates.
14. Ensure pre-shift operation activity is completed.
15. Implement, foster, and maintain TPM/YBQ systems.
16. Review and c-measure: Part assembly issues, complex problems, and other items which may arise during production.
17. Finished goods T, B & H accuracy in accordance with PQCT requirements; monitor and manage all customer critical requirements (Torque, TOX, etc.). Drive Counter-Measures for any gaps identified.
18. Second shift Coordinator responsible for duties of emergency coordinator, as applicable.
19. Other tasks as required by Management.

3. Scrap reports.
4. 5P’s reports.
5. Data Analysis
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other:
1. Must be able to travel (domestic).
2. Leadership experience.
3. Scheduling/planning skills.
4. People skills.
5. Basic understanding of QC Measurements and graphing tools.
6. Must hold and maintain current driver’s license or identification card.
7. Available to work overtime as needed on short notice.
Decision Making Authority:
1. Authority to approve/deny PTO as schedule permits.
2. Authority to council associates.
3. Authority to stop the production line(s) when warranted (quality, issue, station behind, safety issue.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Manufacturing Leadership or Management: 2 years (Required)
