T.K. Graphics is looking for a reliable, organized, and hardworking Production & Delivery Driver to join our team.
This is a hands-on position that combines production support, job coordination, packaging, and daily deliveries. You will play an important role in keeping jobs moving from production to our customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review the daily production/job list and monitor the status of all jobs scheduled for completion.
  • Follow up and actively chase jobs that are on the daily list but have not yet arrived at the Shipping Department.
  • Communicate with production staff to determine the status of outstanding jobs and help keep them moving toward completion.
  • Identify potential delays and bring them to the attention of the appropriate team member.
  • Collect completed printed materials from various production areas and bring them to Shipping.
  • Check completed orders for quantities and job details before packaging.
  • Package, label, and prepare orders for shipping or delivery.
  • Organize completed jobs according to the daily delivery schedule.
  • Load and secure materials in the delivery vehicle.
  • Make daily deliveries to customers, businesses, and job sites.
  • Keep track of deliveries and ensure orders are delivered on time.
  • Report missing items, incomplete jobs, or production delays promptly.
  • Assist with general production, finishing, packing, and shop duties as required.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Valid driver's licence and a good driving record.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Able to prioritize multiple jobs and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on production environment.
  • Physically able to lift and move packages and printed materials.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Friendly and professional when dealing with customers.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a printing, graphics, production, warehouse, delivery, or similar environment is an asset, but training will be provided for the right person.
