Introduction:
Rapid Plas has an exciting opportunity for a reliable and motivated Production Labourer to join our rotational moulding shed. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in doing the job safely and correctly, and wants to be part of a team that works together to deliver great results.

Rapid Plas is a leading roto moulding manufacturer supplying water storage products and solutions across New South Wales and Queensland. Our product range supports agricultural, commercial and residential customers, including rainwater tanks, livestock feeding and watering solutions, and other quality poly products.

Description:
About the role

Feed raw materials into production machinery as part of the rotational moulding process
Read, follow and complete work orders accurately
Inspect moulds and products for faults or quality issues
Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to assist with production and order fulfilment
Operate a variety of powered and manual hand tools safely
Keep work areas, machinery and equipment clean, organised and safe
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and company standards

Skills and Experiences:
About you

You are reliable, punctual and ready to work as part of a team
You have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
You can work shift work and overtime when required
You have good attention to detail and can follow written and verbal instructions
You communicate well and take responsibility for safe work practices
You are physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on production environment
A current forklift licence is highly regarded, but not essential
