- Share best practices with Sulzer’s global manufacturing network and support harmonised lean deployment
- Lead layout changes, digitalisation and technology upgrades with structured project governance.
To succeed in this role, you will need
- 5+ years of experience in production leadership, value stream management or similar roles
- Strong practical Lean expertise (VSM, Standard Work, TPM basics, RCA, 5S etc.).
- Proven track record in improving process stability, productivity and operational performance.
- Excellent communication skills, coaching ability and a hands‑on, data‑driven mindset.
- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or a related field; Lean or Six Sigma certifications are advantageous.
We are looking for a structured and persistent practitioner who embeds management models into daily leadership.
What we offer you
- A key leadership role with direct impact on the factory’s performance and future success.
- The opportunity to shape operational excellence and drive lean maturity across the site.
