Production Line Worker

Pay: $20.00 per hour + Overtime

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable, hardworking Production Line Workers to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position supporting various areas of our production operation based on daily needs.

Team members may be assigned to different tasks throughout the shop and should be comfortable moving between responsibilities as needed to keep production flowing efficiently.

This position regularly requires mandatory overtime, with a typical workweek of approximately 50–60 hours. Candidates should be prepared to work beyond a standard 40-hour schedule when required.

Manufacturing experience is helpful, but reliability, work ethic, and a willingness to learn are equally important.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of production and assembly tasks based on daily manufacturing needs
• Assemble metal components and finished products using established procedures
• Remove protective PVC film from sheet metal and finished components
• Handle, move, stage, and organize materials and components throughout the production process
• Assist with assembly, finishing, packaging, and other production activities as assigned
• Maintain a steady and consistent work pace to support daily production targets
• Inspect work and materials for basic quality requirements
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow established safety procedures and work instructions
• Work cooperatively with team members to maintain efficient production flow
• Move between tasks and production areas as workload requires
• Work scheduled overtime as required to meet production needs

Schedule & Overtime

This is a full-time position with regular mandatory overtime. Employees should expect to work approximately 50–60 hours per week, depending on production requirements.

At a starting rate of $20.00 per hour, overtime provides a significant opportunity for employees looking for additional hours and earning potential.
