We are now seeking a Production Manager for the Rødsand2 Offshore Wind Farm, who will play a central role in the daily operation and ongoing development of the site.

As Production Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations, production, and service campaigns at Rødsand2. You lead and develop a team of 14+ employees and ensure that the wind farm is operated safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable requirements. You will be part of the site leadership team together with the O&M Manager, Finance Manager, and General Manager, and you will hold responsibility for personnel management, planning, system ownership, and operational performance.

About the Role

  • Lead and develop the site production team, including recruitment, competence development, and ensuring year-round staffing.
  • Oversee daily production activities and execution of service campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain site procedures, workflows, and safety systems in collaboration with the General Manager and O&M Manager.
  • Maximise plant availability through effective planning and execution of maintenance and repair activities.

  • Strong planning and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks.
  • Ability to challenge existing practices and drive continuous improvements.
  • Knowledge of legislation, standards, and procedures related to offshore operations.
  • Strong understanding of HSE principles and safety culture.
