About the Role:

We’re hiring a Production Manager to join our creative and fast-moving sign and graphics team! In this role, you’ll work hands-on with materials and production equipment to create and finish signs, graphics, and displays that wow our clients. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and sets a high standard for the team

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate large format printers, cutters, laminators, and finishing equipment
• Prepare and assemble various print and sign materials
• QC, pack and wrap orders for delivery or shipment
• Assist with occasional sign installations
• Follow quality standards to ensure each job meets client expectations
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in printing, signage, or hands-on production
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable with strong communication skills and a proven ability to foster a motivating, accountable team culture

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of leadership or team management experience
• Proficient and confident in using design software such as Adobe and Photoshop

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 42 per week
