Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform production, assembly, and manufacturing activities as per standard operating procedures.
• Operate machines and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Assemble components accurately according to work instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area (5S practices).
• Report machine issues, defects, or production delays to the supervisor.
• Follow company safety guidelines and wear the required PPE.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality.
• Assist in material handling, packing, and labeling of finished products.
• Work effectively in rotational shifts and as part of a team.
• Follow attendance, discipline, and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement activities assigned by the supervisor.

These responsibilities are appropriate for Production, Assembly, Quality, General Workmen, and Company Apprentice roles at a manufacturing company like TVS Sundaram Brake Linings.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
