WE ARE HIRING: MACHINE OPERATOR – INSULATION DEPARTMENT

Want to join a solid, people-oriented and growing company?
We are looking for a motivated person to join our production team and contribute to the insulation of flexible or semi-rigid aluminium ducts.

PERMANENT POSITION – FULL TIME

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Compensation :

• $18.00/hour
• Overtime pay

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare the equipment according to production specifications
• Operate the insulation machines with precision
• Assemble the parts and ensure the conformity of the finished products
• Achieve daily quotas and maintain an efficient pace
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of your workstation
• Perform other tasks as required by the department

PROFILE SOUGHT:

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Experience as a machine operator (an asset)
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy loads
• Attention to detail, diligence, and good organizational skills
• Comfortable with repetitive and fast-paced work
• Good manual dexterity, thoroughness and reliability
