Afternoon Shift (3:55PM- 11:55PM)

A DAY IN THE LIFE…

As a Packing Operator your responsibilities will include:

• Operating high speed filling and packing lines to ensure that food products are correctly packed and ready for distribution to stores.
• Timely completion of quality checks, complying with food safety and GMP programs, and accurately recording stoppages and other relevant information.
• Actively participate in Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) practices to maintain and improve operational standards.
• Develop and maintain competency by undertaking necessary training and development to competently operate plant and equipment, monitor and control processes, and comply with Nestlé standards.
• Actively participating in safety initiatives, reporting hazards and incidents, and following site safety processes and procedures.

• Good level of fitness due to manual handling requirements (lifting up to 15-20kgs).

• Strategic thinking and resourcefulness for problem solving.
• The ability to effectively communicate and interact with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders in the production process.

Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.
