Production Operator - Shift

What we are looking for:

• Permanent Production Operators (Shift)
• A Rotating 5 Panel Roster
• Supportive Team Environment

DBCT has current vacancies for skilled and experienced Operators. Our Shift Work Operators focus on the operation of our fixed plant equipment, and work a five-panel roster, rotating from 8 hour shifts during the week to 12 hour shifts on weekends.

All roles will involve shift work, requiring physical stamina, and a positive safety conscious attitude is paramount.

Ideally, you will have:

• Reclaimer, Stacker, Shiploading experience
• Coal Handling experience
• Rail and Port experience
• C Class Drivers Licence
• Effective communication and teamwork skills; and
• Ability and willingness to learn computer-based systems.

Certificate III in Surface Extraction, Resource and Processing or equivalent would be advantageous, although not essential.

All applicants must have the ability to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC).
