About The Role: Our Production Operator/Reactor Operator produces and blends product slurry, creating quality feed additives for Selko’s customers.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for producing and blending product slurry by following detailed formulations and procedures - includes operations of tanks, valves, pumps and associated control device
• Executes a broad range of operational processes (such as discharge, load, transport, clean, label, operate all equipment), in order to execute stages in production, contributing to a safe, effective and efficient production processes.
• Periodically inspects and executes maintenance tasks on the production equipment, signalling defects and deficiencies
• Logs data and information on production orders and activities in the appropriate logbooks / systems in order to have a complete administration and insight in the state and progress of production orders
• Signals deviations in current processes, techniques and/or systems and flags opportunities for improvement with supervisor, in order to continuously optimize and improve operational (work) processes, tools and systems

Skills and Expertise

Qualifications:

• 4+ years production operator experience in manufacturing environment

Expectation from the Role:

• Must gain a working knowledge of process chemistry
• Shifts: Weekend Day (6am-6pm) & Weekend Night (6pm-6am) Week 1: Fri/Sat/Sun, Week 2: Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun
