At the heart of every well-run factory is a solid plan — and that’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Production Planner who’s analytical, practical, organized, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to help keep operations running efficiently across our plant.

This isn’t just about numbers on a screen — it’s about making sure the right people, machines, and materials are in the right place at the right time.

What you’ll do:

Build and execute short- and mid-term production plans, balancing workloads across teams and machines.
Stay on top of order timelines, stock levels, and incoming sales demands — and act fast when things shift.
Calculate material flow, set-up times, repair and maintenance schedules and machine utilization.
Help shape weekly and monthly production schedules, adjusting as needed to keep things realistic and efficient.
Collaborate with sales, logistics, and vendors to fine-tune delivery plans and reduce downtime.
Factor in setup times, repairs, maintenance, and machine use — because every minute counts.
Keep our planning tools and documentation up-to-date and easy to follow.
Work closely with manufacturing teams to make sure your plans get off the page and onto the floor.
