Employment Type: Full-Time, 38 hours per week, Permanent
Salary: $75,000–$85,000 AUD annually

With a vertically integrated supply chain supporting over 150 local jobs, we pride ourselves on being agile and responsive to the evolving needs of tradespeople and commercial fleets. We are currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and organise our equipment, staff, and processes on the production floor at our Norwood headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review usage of labour, machinery, facilities and materials to identify areas where production resources can be optimised
- Analyse current production processes and workflows to detect bottlenecks or inefficiencies
- Recommend process improvements and operational changes to increase efficiency and reduce cost
- Implement approved changes and monitor their impact on output and performance
- Coordinate labour, materials and equipment movements to ensure production targets are met
- Oversee and organise the equipment, staff, and processes on the production floor to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee scheduling and routine production activities and address technical or operational problems.
- Lead product inspections and manage quality control processes to ensure every product meets our high standards and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, equipment status, and employee performance summaries.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an Engineering role on a production floor within a manufacturing (advanced manufacturing preferred), engineering, or industrial environment
- Demonstrated experience in designing the layout and overseeing the operation of complex production machinery
- Strong frontline leadership capabilities with a track record of coordinating and motivating a diverse team
- High level of accuracy in record-keeping and a meticulous approach to product quality control
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination across departments
Education & Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a closely related field is required
