The Group’s Agribusiness Division (Lakeland Agri) operates a state-of-the-art Animal Feed Manufacturing Facility and is a leading and innovative provider of the highest quality feeds and agricultural inputs to dairy, beef and sheep farmers across the north and south of Ireland.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee key operations at our Bailieborough site, including milk intake, separation, powder blending, evaporation, and skim/cream dispatch. This is a pivotal role focused on maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency while driving continuous improvement across the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of milk intake, separation, powder blending, evaporation, and dispatch areas.
• Provide clear direction and leadership to the production team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Identify training needs and implement development plans to support team growth.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of production data; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the area.
• Support product standardisation and recipe consistency across the site.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and best practice implementation.
• Collaborate with other Lakeland sites and customers to coordinate incoming and outgoing loads.
• Assist in preparing for and executing customer audits and site visits.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, Government, Audit, HR, and Data Protection policies.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and promote employee involvement in operational efficiency.
• Undertake any other duties as required in line with the role.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a production supervisory role, ideally within the dairy or food manufacturing sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems, compliance standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
