You’ll be responsible to ensure that production remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.
Skills:
- Experience as Production Supervisor
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Intermediate skills in MS Office
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Education:
- B.E Mechanical (required)
Experience:
- Production Supervisor: 2 years (required)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure production schedules are adhered.
- Submit reports on performance and progress.
- Coordinate the material flow with other departments and ensure the continuity of production.
- Coordinate and maintain regular servicing and repairs
- Train new employees on safe machinery usage and following procedures
- Establish tasks for employees to ensure a clean workplace/housekeeping, this includes stocking supplies
- Responsible for Machine shop and ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of production, quality and maintenance activities.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any issues related to product quality or consistency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
