• Team Leadership and Supervision:
• Lead and supervise production team members, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Production Planning and Scheduling:
• Collaborate with the production planning department to develop and implement production schedules based on customer demands, inventory levels, and resource availability.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines and production targets.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications by implementing and enforcing quality control procedures.
• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize defects and improve product quality.
• Process Optimization:
• Identify opportunities to streamline production processes, improve efficiency, and reduce waste.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and maximize productivity.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Promote and enforce workplace safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), adherence to safety regulations, and participation in safety training programs.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns or hazards in a timely manner.
• Inventory Management:
• Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure adequate supplies for production activities.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain accurate inventory records and minimize stock shortages or overages.
• Communication and Reporting:
• Communicate production goals, objectives, and performance metrics to production team members and management.
• Prepare regular reports on production output, efficiency, quality metrics, and any issues or challenges encountered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
