We are looking for a superior Production Supervisor. At Aquaknect we have a small family atmosphere.

Duties include but not limited to:
- Oversee all activities associated with the receipt and processing of work orders within specified timeframes.
- Ensure availability, allocation and acquisition of resources' relevant to production process are maintained.
- Work with Quality Manager to resolve out-of-specification incidences and suggest solutions to prevent reoccurrences of issues.
- Ensure all product manufactured conforms with manufacturing specifications.
- Participate and contribute in Production Meetings and report on Production matters.
- Monitor and ensure all production staff are performing to expected levels.
- Monitor and manage production staff training.
- To provide a link between Management, sales and production staff.
- Provide supervision and direction for Team Leaders and process workers.
- Support production teams to meet production targets and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and environmental policies, fostering a safety-first culture.
- Monitor production operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and resolve operational issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $58,359.47 – $68,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Experience:
- Warehouse supervisor: 3 years (Preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (Required)
