About the Role
We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Liquid Milk Production team in Killeshandra.
As Supervisor, you will be responsible for efficiently managing all aspects of the processing production process. You’ll lead a multi-skilled team, ensuring the delivery of the production plan while maintaining and improving food safety, product quality, and health & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing operational team.
- Supervise a multi-skilled team across various shift patterns.
- Ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, environmental, and health & safety standards.
- Collaborate with planning and warehousing teams to meet customer requirements.
- Work with engineering to reduce downtime and support preventative maintenance.
- Monitor and improve yield and line OEE.
- Maintain accurate production records in line with the site’s quality management system.
- Promote a high-performance culture through feedback and communication.
- Support employee development through training and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and company policies.
- Partner with HR to manage employee relations, training, and succession planning.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety, quality assurance, and health & safety standards.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and employee engagement.
