Your Role as Production Lead

You will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a chemical production line to meet hourly production targets
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, sanitation practices, and health & safety procedures
• Oversee production runs from setup through completion, ensuring all procedures are followed
• Train, mentor, and support a team of 5–10 production employees
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth and efficient workflows
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized production environment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality
• Monitor inventory levels and complete production and process calculations as required

What You Bring

• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
• Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with production equipment and lines
• Previous leadership, supervision, or team-leading experience is an asset
• Strong math and English skills
• Ability to complete inventory and process calculations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Location & Requirements

• On-site position at St. Thomas, ON

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ year in production or manufacturing
• 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
