Job Title
Pasta Production Team Member
Job description
Looking to add a team player that can assist in the production/packaging of fresh pasta products. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and complete tasks properly and in a timely manner. Must be able to assist other team members of pasta production and other departments in order to complete required tasks.
Job duties
- Work directly with the Production manager and other Team members to complete daily tasks
- Must prepare and follow recipes of pasta products
- Some heavy lifting may be required (20 kg & 40 kg bags of flour)
- Assisting and overseeing distribution of product to our stores, Ensuring stores have their orders filled.
- Clean and sanitize pasta production equipment and stations
Requirements
- Experience in Pasta production is an asset but not required
- Experience or Knowledge of GMP’s, HACCP and health & safety an asset
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
Other details
This position is full time days, and require the right person to be available during the week as well as some weekends. Must be flexible.
