Main Responsibilities

• Mixing weighing and measuring ingredients, and products to ensure conformance to requirements

• Following recipes closely and performing a final checks to ensure the next department has all elements of the dish. Consistency is a must and therefore you must have a full understanding of our specifications.

• testing samples of products to ensure compliance with specifications

Good to Have

• NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in catering.

• Experience of working in food manufacturing, production would be an advantage
