Introduction:
Civilmart is a national manufacturer of civil concrete products supplying to sectors such as residential development, local government, water authorities, civil infrastructure, irrigation, and the plumbing and drainage market.

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Production Operator to join our team at our Kwinana Beach branch.

The Role

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for contributing to the safe and efficient production of high-quality precast concrete products. You will work closely with the Production Supervisor and Leading Hands to meet daily production targets while maintaining strong safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate in production areas as directed by Leading Hands
• Undertake mould assembly and stripping
• Apply correct vibration methods to achieve consistent product quality
• Face concrete products using hand tools (trowelling)
• Lubricate moulds safely and efficiently
• Conduct basic quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications
• Maintain equipment, tools and housekeeping standards
• Assist with minor repairs where skills allow
• Report safety, quality or environmental issues promptly
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (where licensed and competent)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Ability to work with routine supervision
• High work ethic and practical, hands-on attitude
• Forklift licence (desirable)
• Overhead crane licence (desirable)
• Current driver’s licence
• Valid working rights in Australia

Experience in precast, manufacturing, construction, or heavy industry will be highly regarded — however we are also open to training motivated individuals with the right attitude.
