We are currently seeking an experienced Production Technician to join our team.

This is a permanent full- time position making up 43 hours per week minimum. Production hours are 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 12:00 pm Friday.

Job duties and responsibilities will include:

• Assembling large agricultural equipment
• Assembling hydraulic/electrical systems
• Attention to Detail
• Ability to work independently
• Use power tools to assemble components
• Operate a forklift/loader, Overhead/Jib Cranes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Inspect products for defects and report any issues to supervisors to maintain quality standards.
• Trouble shooting issues
• Work collaboratively with coworkers and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
• Any other duties as assigned
• Ability to follow Health and Safety procedures and guidelines
• Wear all applicable PPE (steel toe footwear, safety glasses, hearing protection)

Experience an asset

Qualifications

• 2- 5 years Mechanical Assembly and Repair experience
• Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools.
• Previous experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with warehouse environments and practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while adhering to safety protocols.
• Strong practical experience in hydraulic and electrical circuits
• Diesel mechanics experience an asset
• Hands on service experience an asset
• Take pride in the quality and consistency in your work
• Proven hands-on troubleshooting skills
