Production Technician PTA
Are you a technically skilled, hands-on problem solver who loves to find smarter ways of working? Do you want to be part of an ambitious, growing company where innovation and improvements are a daily mission? Then you might be the new Production Technician (PTA) we’re looking for at CeramicSpeed.
This is a brand-new position, created as part of our continued growth. As global demand increases, we’re investing in smarter, more scalable production methods – and we need you to help us make it happen. From trimming inefficiencies to rethinking processes, your ideas and solutions will directly shape how we scale and future-proof our production – and make work more rewarding for your colleagues every day.
You’ll work side by side with our talented Production Team and report directly to the COO, giving you both influence and visibility in the organization.
Your Role
In this role, you will be the technical link between Development, Production, and Quality. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively to strengthen our production setup – contributing improvements that really matter, from advanced tooling and automation to more intuitive workflows.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive and participate in projects involving digitalization, automation, and process optimization – including robotics and machine integration.
- Develop, construct, maintain, and service measurement systems, quality tools, production tooling, and custom machinery.
- Support Production with technical troubleshooting and ensure quick, effective solutions.
- Contribute actively to the implementation of new products and production processes.
- Ensure and document process stability and product quality through innovative technical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Purchasing, and Production.
- Be a valuable ally to Production, shaping better workdays through smarter solutions.
Support and develop LEAN initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
What We Expect from You
We are looking for someone who is motivated by change and energized by the chance to make a real impact. Ideally, you:
- Have a relevant technical background – e.g., machine operator, production technologist, or mechanical engineer
- Bring practical experience with design, documentation, and optimization of production equipment
- Are familiar with ERP systems and ideally CAD tools
- Know your way around LEAN principles and perhaps have hands-on experience with automation
- Work structured, are curious, and thrive in a role with many internal interfaces
- Speak and write both Danish and English comfortably
- Experience from similar or relevant positions will be a strong advantage.
What You Can Expect from Us
At CeramicSpeed, you will join a team where high ambitions meet great people. We are known for precision, performance, and innovation – and we believe in empowering employees to think independently and act boldly.
We offer:
- A brand-new position with real influence and the opportunity to shape your own role
- The chance to make a direct, positive impact on the daily work of your colleagues in Production
- A passionate, informal work environment with high technical standards
- Excellent opportunities for technical and personal development
- Flexible working hours, pension scheme, health insurance, healthy lunch, fitness facilities, and other attractive employee benefits.
