Description:
Day Shift Available:
3:00 am to 11:06pm

Afternoon Shift Available:
1:00pm to 10:06pm

What you'll be doing

You'll be the person who keeps production moving, operating equipment, troubleshooting on the spot and making sure every batch meets our standard.

Operate key equipment including the sealing machine, date coding and X-ray systems
Run the IBEX system, managing product flow in and out of the freezer unit
Set up and sign off the line each shift, following production schedules and SOPs
Conduct quality checks throughout the run and troubleshoot minor issues
Keep the line stocked, clean and running to standard
Work hands-on in a cold environment (up to 8°C)

What you bring

Previous experience as a Machine Operator, ideally within FMCG or food manufacturing
Strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills
Comfort with basic computer use, including data entry
Sharp attention to detail and a genuine problem-solving mindset

You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with full, unrestricted work rights to apply.
