Overview
Voisin's Maple Products is a growing maple syrup producer and bottler operating a high-volume bottling facility and large vacuum-tubing sugar bushes. We are looking to add a hands-on, mechanically minded team member to support our production lines and/or our maple operations.

This role will include both aspects but may evolve into one of two focuses, depending on experience and fit:

Production / Bottling Line Technician

• Set up, operate and monitor bottling and packaging lines
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical or process issues
• Identify bottlenecks and improve up-time and throughput
• Perform routine maintenance and changeovers
• Work closely with production management to maintain quality and output while minimizing down time.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on equipment performance

Bush Operator

• Install and maintain vacuum tubing systems
• Plumbing, pump, releaser and line setup
• Off-season system improvements and bush maintenance
• In-season troubleshooting in the field
• Comfortable working outdoors year round

Ideal Background

• Millwright, mechanical, plumbing or agricultural experience
• Comfortable in both structured production environments and variable outdoor work
• Problem-solver who can work independently and as a team
• Reliable, adaptable and willing to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
