Job Requirements:

• Full-Time Positions Only
• Must be available Monday - Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm (NO Weekends)
• Valid Driver’s License & Insurance
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Must have your own transportation to travel to job sites throughout Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Chesapeake
• Must be able to bend, kneel, and lift up to 20lbs as needed to preform cleaning responsibilities
• Must have a working cell phone with data to access our app
• Must be able to communicate with clients and teammates respectively and professionally

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough and high-quality cleaning services in various settings, including residential and commercial spaces.
• Utilize advanced cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure exceptional results.
• Maintain a keen attention to detail, ensuring all areas are spotless and sanitized.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic by consistently meeting and exceeding cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete tasks and exceed customer expectations.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and safety standards to create a secure and comfortable environment.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality services.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to different environments and cleaning challenges.
