Professional Mixologist – Relocate to Bermuda

Island restaurant group is seeking a talented and passionate Professional Mixologist to join our hospitality team in beautiful Bermuda. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced beverage professional who thrives in a high-quality, fast-paced environment and is eager to relocate to one of the world’s premier island destinations.

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and highly skilled mixologist with exemplary bartending expertise and a deep understanding of spirits, wines, beers, and modern cocktail culture. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while developing innovative beverage programs and maintaining elevated bar standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve premium cocktails with precision, consistency, and creativity
• Develop refined and seasonally inspired specialty cocktail menus
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of liquor, wine, beer, and current beverage trends
• Manage bar inventory, ordering, stock rotation, and cost control
• Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences
• Collaborate with management and culinary teams on beverage pairings and promotions
• Train and mentor junior bartending staff

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional bartending and mixology experience
• Demonstrable expertise in craft cocktail preparation and advanced beverage techniques
• Strong knowledge of premium spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail history
• Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong organizational and inventory management abilities
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and industry trends

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
