As a Professional, Residential Cleaner, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our residential clients. Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service in residential settings. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage time efficiently while ensuring that every home is left sparkling clean.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are cleaned and returned promptly.
• Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of homes.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and in good working order.
• Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, approachable, and responsive to client requests.
• Uphold company values and maintain a positive and respectful demeanor during client interactions.- Perform thorough and efficient cleaning tasks following our company's cleaning checklist.

Qualifications:

- Experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is a plus, but we are also willing to train the right candidates.

- Drive your own vehicle to clients' locations in a safe and timely manner.

- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standard.

- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages such as French is a nice-to-have skill.

- Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as part of a team.

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.

- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.

- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings as needed.

- Must have own reliable transportation.

- Must be able to provide a police check.
