Professional Sales Advisor – Automotive Sales

Location: Burlington Nissan, Burlington Ontario

Burlington Nissan is committed to providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the right vehicle to meet their needs. We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Professional Sales Advisor to join our growing sales team.

Position Summary

As a Professional Sales Advisor, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, build lasting relationships, and deliver an outstanding dealership experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, professional, and driven to achieve sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
  • Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and protection products.
  • Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience preferred; automotive sales experience is an asset.
  • Omvic Certification
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
