We're looking for an experienced, driven, analytical, and creative Program Manager to drive packaging sustainability initiatives across the European network. In this role, you'll own the development and execution of comprehensive qualification frameworks for new packaging suppliers, materials, and designs, while driving strategic sustainability initiatives that directly impact our environmental footprint. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining robust documentation for the qualifications, as well as leading stakeholder communications across European markets. Your scope will include create and managing consolidated performance metrics, financial tracking, and budget oversight for these crucial initiatives. As a Program Manager in the EU Sustainable Packaging team, you will play a pivotal role in creating the framework and managing supplier qualifications at scale. Your attention to detail will ensure the precision and accuracy of packaging specifications sheets, artworks, and technical drawings. In addition, you'll be instrumental in driving the timelines for the document collection project and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders. Key job responsibilities • Develop and implement scalable frameworks for qualifying new packaging suppliers and materials • Lead end-to-end program management of sustainable packaging initiatives across EU Fulfillment Centers • Create and maintain standardized processes for document collection, specification management, and supplier qualification • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of packaging projects • Drive operational excellence in packaging sustainability programs • Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring quality and timeline adherence • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and internal teams • Track and report program metrics, including sustainability impacts and operational efficiencies
