The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Program Coordinator to lead high‑impact initiatives that strengthen targeted intervention and academic growth across the school. An aspect of this role is to drive a cohesive, whole‑school approach that supports every learner to build strong academic foundations and achieve meaningful growth.

Working closely and collaboratively with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team, the Program Coordinator enhances classroom practice through professional learning, modelling effective strategies, and supporting staff to embed consistent, evidence‑informed approaches as well as delivery. The role may include designing targeted academic support for students who benefit from additional scaffolding as well as those ready for greater challenge, ensuring progress across the full achievement spectrum.

The successful applicant should monitor student progress to ensure early, proactive intervention is in place, reducing the number of learners who later require additional assessment pathways through data informed outcomes. The Program Coordinator shoud champion high‑quality development for students from diverse linguistic backgrounds, ensuring access to the curriculum and strong engagement in learning. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping a culture of continuous improvement, where strong teaching and learning practices are embedded, celebrated, and sustained across the school; in the realisation of our vision ‘Ambition Unlimited.’
