About the Role:
The Program Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating specific activities within a broader functional program, which supports overall initiatives, plans, or deliverables. Utilising their subject matter expertise and under the guidance of the program or line manager, the Coordinator handles the operational aspects of the program.
For the Curtin School of Population Health, the Program Coordinator will provide operational support to the Head of School and the School Leadership Team to implement the annual program of activities. This includes driving operational efficiencies within the School, coordinating and delivering daily operational requirements, facilitating internal and external communications, and managing grants and contracts.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Be responsible for program delivery and operations.
  • Develop and maintain program resources.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure program outcomes are meeting their requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance and provide reports to the line manager.
  • Monitor program budget and provide advice to the line manager
  • Write and prepare project reports and related documentation.
  • Contribute to the operational effectiveness of the School ensuring Operations are undertaken in accordance with relevant legislation and University policy.
  • Write, edit and distribute content that communicates the school activities and promotes the work of the School.
  • Undertake other activities which the incumbent might reasonably be expected to do, and which are consistent with the accountabilities and responsibilities as listed above.
Role Requirements:
  • As this is a continuing (permanent) role, you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be considered.
