Job Title: Program Facilitator (Supervised)
Reports to: The Program Facilitator will report to the Director of Boma Learning Centre.
Job Overview: The Program Facilitator will provide Applied Behaviour Analytic Services to our clients in compliance with the Standards of Professional Conduct, 2024 (College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario) and the BACB Code of Ethics. The Program Facilitator will work on a team to assist clients in skill acquisition, family coaching and behaviour reduction protocols while maintaining the utmost respect to fellow staff members, clients and external agency professionals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Implement direct applied behaviour analysis (ABA), behaviour management strategies and skill acquisition programs with clients
· Run individualized programs as designed by the Registered Behaviour Analyst on your team and collect accurate data in real-time throughout session
· Greet and provide exemplary customer service to clients and visitors, maintaining a positive attitude
· Work on assigned caseload and make best clinical decisions for your client, subject to employer’s discretion and they will make final decisions
· Maintain cleanliness of therapy rooms, main areas and bathrooms. Including sanitizing the environment, putting materials away after use and other cleaning duties
· Maintain order with client binders, materials and data sheets
· Ensure your certifications remain up-to-date.
· Address any clinical difficulties or problems to the Registered Behaviour Analyst or Program Facilitator 3 (Supervised) on teams immediately
· Attend meetings with staff, parents, schools and other professionals or trainings as determined by the Registered Behaviour Analyst.
· Follow all risk management practices supporting health and safety for clients, staff, families etc.
· Maintain client confidentiality.
· Submit timesheets, expenses, and mileage on time and with accuracy
· Provide transportation for clients, includes but is not limited to: pickups/drop-offs at school and/or home, community outings as per client programming requirements
· Refrain from falsifying any data related to clients, supervision or operational information

*Qualifications and Skills*
Minimum 1 year of working with children or youth
· Post Secondary School Education (Completed)
· Comfortable working with children with disabilities and/or learning delays
· A full G license and daily access to a vehicle, with liability insurance (Required)
· Professional Liability Insurance
· Current Standard First Aid with Level C CPR or higher (Required)
· Vulnerable Police Check (Required)
· Non-violent crisis Intervention or equivalent qualification (Preferred)
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
· Proof of up to date immunizations or Doctor’s exemption note
· Eligibility to work in Canada
Job Types: Full-time including evenings & Saturday mornings (hours are not fixed and may vary week to week)
Salary start: $21.50-$26.50 per hour
