Our client, a well-known organisation located on the Gold Coast, are currently seeking a Program Manager for a significant sourcing program. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively engaging with their executive leadership team and senior leaders to enable their Organisational Plan.
This position exercises significant autonomy and makes decisions relating to the day-to-day operations of the team(s) allocated for the purpose of project management coordination. This includes procurement and pricing methods of projects and resolution of stakeholder related problems in relation to a range of projects. The Program Manager provides advice on the overall direction of projects about resourcing, programming, budgets, stakeholder communication and consultation.
You will have experience working in a fast past environment delivering unique and complex programs across a wide range of services. You can devise creative strategies and initiatives with the team to deliver business outcomes while managing significant supplier transitions and procurement challenges.
To be successful in this role
You will bring demonstrated experience in Project and Program Management, paired with experience in similar positions with responsibility for ICT delivery accountability. The ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, with deep knowledge of planning and delivering complex large ICT programs, will be paramount to your success in this role. Additionally, you will use your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to drive high-performance outcomes and positive work practices.

Skills and experience required:
- Proven and demonstrated experience managing complex IT vendor off boarding and transition projects/ programs
- A strong track record of delivering sourcing projects within time and budget constraints
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent supplier agreements
- Experience in risk management, particularly during large scale supplier transitions
- Knowledge of procurement frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements (is highly advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills, including the preparation of procurement plans, business cases, and stakeholder communications
