As a Corporate Program & Project Manager, you will primarily focus on managing and executing various projects (approximately
80% of the role
), while also taking on strategic program management responsibilities (about20% of the role
) to align and oversee broader business objectives in the Corporate business domain. Your role will involve project management across different departments, mainly within theCorporate business domain
, which includes departments like Finance & Control, Human Resources, Facility, and Business Technology. In addition, you will ensure these projects are aligned with the larger program strategy, corporate goals, and roadmaps.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently, both IT and non-IT and can lead cross-functional teams while also managing strategic program initiatives and roadmaps.
You will:
Project Management (80%)
:- Define the business case for projects, including clear scope, objectives, budget, deliverables, and expected value creation, in collaboration with lead the Corporate Lead Product Owner and relevant business stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional IT and non-IT teams to ensure the successful planning, preparation, and execution of projects.
- Identify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Regularly communicate project status to stakeholders, providing updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure that projects align with the organization’s strategic objectives, resources, and timelines.
Program Management (20%)
:- Oversee the alignment of individual projects with the broader strategic program and roadmap, ensuring they contribute to the organization’s overall goals.
- Actively contribute to the management and continuous improvement of the overall program portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with other program managers to track project portfolios, resources, progress, and potential issues, escalating when projects fall behind schedule.

You have:
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in an eCommerce or retail environment.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in an agile way.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organization Management, Project Management or a related field.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management and agile tools
