We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager – Data Migration to lead and deliver large-scale data transformation programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing end-to-end migration initiatives, particularly transitioning from Teradata to BigQuery, while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Define and manage overall program plans, objectives, timelines, and deliverables

Coordinate multiple interrelated projects and ensure alignment with strategic goals

Engage with senior stakeholders, providing regular updates and driving key decisions

Manage program budgets, track costs, and ensure value delivery

Identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies

Lead and mentor project managers and cross-functional teams

Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth program execution

Requirements

Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Programme Manager in data migration projects

Proven experience managing data transformation/migration programs (Teradata to BigQuery)

Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities

Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools

Experience in budgeting, cost control, and risk management

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have

Experience in the telecommunications industry

Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in IT or computer science
