Program Manager – Talent

What You Will Do
Partner with business unit leaders and HRBPs to:
- Develop and execute strategic talent attraction initiatives for key roles
- Lead and evolve early talent and talent readiness programs
- Use data to track talent trends, measure program impact, and optimize recruitment strategies
- Forecast talent needs based on business growth and market trends
- Own and evolve strategies and programs that enable internal talent movement, visibility, and readiness for key roles
- Act as a strategic advisor to internal teams, supporting talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning
What You Need
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the medical device or healthcare industry
- Proven success in designing and optimising talent programs
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align talent initiatives to business goals
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships
- Adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Passion for promoting Stryker’s values, culture, and career opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of talent excellence
- Commitment to staying current on industry trends and best practices
