What You Will Do

Partner with business unit leaders and HRBPs to:

  • Develop and execute strategic talent attraction initiatives for key roles
  • Lead and evolve early talent and talent readiness programs
  • Use data to track talent trends, measure program impact, and optimize recruitment strategies
  • Forecast talent needs based on business growth and market trends
  • Own and evolve strategies and programs that enable internal talent movement, visibility, and readiness for key roles
  • Act as a strategic advisor to internal teams, supporting talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning

What You Need

  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the medical device or healthcare industry
  • Proven success in designing and optimising talent programs
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align talent initiatives to business goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Passion for promoting Stryker’s values, culture, and career opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of talent excellence
  • Commitment to staying current on industry trends and best practices
