Program Support Officer

We are seeking a motivated and organised Program Support Officer to join our team. This role is crucial in providing essential administrative support to our Counselling and Support Services programs.

As a Program Support Officer, you will be responsible for managing and allocating referrals, providing administrative support to clients and practitioners, overseeing administrative processes, client data, and other information, assisting with projects, collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations, and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Do you fit the bill:
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current driver's licence
  • Experience in a health or community services setting (desirable)
Benefits:
  • Salary starting from $ 67,508 to $ 74,748 + Super / *Pro-rata
