He angitūtanga: The opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Onehunga/Oranga Hub whānau as a Programme Coordinator.

• This permanent role is based in the Maungakiekie-Tāmaki Local Board. While based in the Onehunga Community Centre, there will be the opportunity to work across the hub at the Oranga Community Centre and Onehunga Library.
• 40 hours a week, currently rostered Monday-Friday, with occasional evening/weekend work required to support events.

We are looking for a Programme Co-ordinator, with a passion for community, and ability to provide subject matter expertise in the development and delivery of highly engaging and impactful programmes at the Onehunga Community Centre.
You will be responsible for responding to local board priorities by creating compelling programme opportunities that engage/support our diverse communities and drive high levels of participation in Maungakiekie .

He kōrero mōu: About you:

We are looking for someone who has experience working in a community setting. Experience designing and delivering programmes is a must. You need to relate well to people of all ages and backgrounds, be flexible, enthusiastic and adept at meeting deadlines.
