About the role
The Project and Change Administrator is an admin role within the Enterprise Change and Delivery function, reporting directly to the PMO Lead. The role provides practical administration and coordination support across the PMO’s core activities, including project governance administration, EPMO tool updates, document control, Project Change Management support and more.
The role helps maintain consistent project administration practices across Enterprise Change and Delivery. It ensures project records, meeting outcomes, registers, templates and supporting documents are kept accurate, accessible and up to date.
The role also assists with project-related change activities, including coordination of workshops, training sessions, stakeholder updates and supporting materials.
Provide administrative and coordination support for enterprise-wide projects and transformation initiatives.
Coordinate project governance activities, meetings, documentation, and action tracking.
Maintain accurate project records, registers, and information within PMO systems and SharePoint.
Support project communications, stakeholder engagement activities, and change initiatives.
Contribute to continuous improvement, ensuring consistent PMO processes, compliance, and high-quality administrative support.
Skills and Experiences:
About you
You will have:
- 3+ years of experience in administration, project & change administration, PMO support, team coordination or a similar role.
- Sound understanding of general administration practices, document management and meeting coordination.
- Basic understanding of project lifecycles, project registers, actions, risks, issues and governance records is desirable.
- Relevant qualifications in business administration, project management, change Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining records, registers and documents
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office products like Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
