How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Main Accountabilities
1. Monitor and take actions to achieve Turnaround Time from procurement representative to purchase order (PR analysis, RFQ preparation, Review Offers)
2. Monitor and take actions to generate the savings: compare the price obtained with the pre-defined baseline
3. Design and approve a Spot Buy process (SOPs) according to the guidelines (e.g. Category Cards available in EPIC) strategies and instructions given by the category managers / country buyers
4. Define and continuously optimize the Spot Buy Process (SOPs)
5. Perform period activity meetings with Tactical Procurement Director and with Category Managers / Country buyers on spot buys reduction opportunities
6. Report savings performed and Service Levels achieved to Spot Buy & Requisitioning Manager.

Are you a MATCH?

1. University degree in Business Administration and/ or law, engineering or equivalent,
2. 4-8 years or more of Procurement and Supplier management experience is required .
