Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, India. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and team members to ensure the successful execution of various projects across our organization.
- Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring action items are tracked and followed up
- Manage project resources and assist in resource allocation
- Support the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Maintain and update project management tools and systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- PMP certification or other project management certifications are a plus
