About Us

We are a boutique insurance restoration company with offices in 5 cities across Canada, focused on quality execution, organized project delivery, and strong client relationships. Unlike high-volume franchise environments, we emphasize structure, accountability, and professional growth.

We are looking to add a Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager with direct insurance restoration experience who wants to work in a more supportive, well-run environment.

This Role Is For You If You:

  • Currently work (or recently worked) for an insurance restoration company
  • Have 3–5 years of restoration administrative or project management experience
  • Understand restoration workflows, documentation, and timelines
  • Want to grow into a more senior project management role
  • Are looking for a stable, professional team—not chaos

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

  • 3–5 years experience with an insurance restoration company in the GTA or Barrie area
  • Experience handling water, fire, or property damage claims
  • Experience supporting Project Managers or managing smaller claims independently
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Xactanalysis and Contractor Connection expertise
  • Trades coordination and scheduling
  • Client and adjuster communication
  • Xactimate experience (required)
  • Experience with documentation tools such as Encircle, Matterport, or similar
  • Valid G driver’s licence

**Applicants without prior restoration company experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers on active restoration claims from start to finish
  • Assist with scheduling trades, site coordination, and project tracking
  • Prepare and revise documentation, estimates, and reports
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and adjusters
  • Ensure files are accurate, organized, and compliant with insurance requirements
  • Help keep projects moving on time and within scope
