Job Title: Project Coordinator

Our company is currently seeking a skilled and talented Project Coordinator to manage our team of designers and execute various graphic design projects. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of designers and providing guidance and support throughout projects
• Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information
• Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients
• Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues that arise
• Maintaining accurate project documentation and records
• Communicating project status updates to all stakeholders
• Participating in project meetings and providing updates to senior management

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent coordination and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of project management software is a plus

Salary:

The salary for this position ranges from 10,000 to 15,000 INR per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
