40Position Summary
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Project Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating assigned projects and supporting financial and administrative operations within the Medical School Finance Office.Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with members of the Medical School Finance Office to develop projects, objectives, and plans as requested by leadership. This includes tracking and evaluating progress to ensure objectives are met, in addition to providing regular updates and reports on the project status.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and fiscal year-end activities by preparing schedules and compiling reports for various financial entities.
- Coordinate presentation materials for senior leadership.
- Assist with the management and communication to departments for the PPO Funds budgets and finances including tracking commitments in the university’s commitment tracker system.
- Provide support with the entry and reconciliation of the budgets in the university’s budgeting system.
- Crosstrain with other members of the Medical School Finance Office as needed, maintaining knowledge of procedures, processes, and systems.
- Assist with cyclical processes within the Medical School Finance Office.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the university’s mission and goals.

$53,100.00 - $90,600.00 / Annually The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
