About Us:
We are a custom metal fabrication company based in Canada, specializing in railings, staircases, gates, fences, structural, and miscellaneous metals. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage multiple metal fabrication projects from start to finish
• Review project drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy and feasibility
• Create and update AutoCAD drawings as needed
• Work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to meet project goals and deadlines
• Schedule and supervise field staff and subcontractors to ensure the timely completion of work
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and materials
• Conduct site visits and take measurements
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and reports

You Must Have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the metal fabrication industry in Canada.
• Experience in preparing fabrication drawings in AutoCAD or Tekla Structures
• Strong understanding of the process of fabrication and installation of steel structure, staircases, railings, gates, fences and miscellaneous metal work
• Experience in supervising teams and managing projects on-site
• Proficient in Excel and Google Spreadsheets
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Valid Class G driver’s license
• Ability to travel to job sites across the region as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education in Construction Management, or a related field
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and fabrication standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
